Return Policy

All physical products must be returned for full refund or exchanged undamaged within 3 days of delivery, this excludes workbooks, journals, and digital products. Journal, workbooks, and digital products are non-refundable.

Ticket and Event Sales

All tickets for events and courses are non-refundable no exceptions unless stated on the course or event page. 

In the event that a course is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

In the event of the course being rescheduled, the Host of the course will contact you with refund options. If the Leader is unable to reach you after 3 contact attempts, you will be automatically enrolled for the new course date.
